DAY 02: Thursday 19th February 2026

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing. Stop for photography at the tapering Hawa Mahal, or "Palace of Winds" built in 1799 to enable the ladies of the royal household to watch street processions. Proceed to visit Amber Fort, perched atop the hill overlooking a lake. Built by Raja Man Singh I, it is known for its artistic style, blending both Hindu and Rajput elements. The City Palace - the Royal residence of Maharajah built in Rajasthani and Mughal architecture & the Observatory (Jantar Mantar) are the most famous tourist attractions. Jantar Mantar is a collection of architectural astronomical instruments, built by Sawai Jai Singh who was a Rajput king. Evening transfer to hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

Breakfast at hotel. Morning city sightseeing tour. Built in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Udai Singh, the city has been described as the most romantic spot on the continent of India by Col. James Todd. The places of interest include City Palace which has several carved balconies, arches and decorated pillars, Zenana Mahal, Fateh Prakash, Durbar Hall and Shambhu Niwas. Also visit Jagdish temple, Sahelion-ki-Bari (queen's resort for the friends). Evening visit Lake Pichola (Boating on own expenses). Dinner and overnight stay at hotel

JAISALMER SIGHTSEEING AND DRIVE TO SAM DUNES (APPROX 40KMS, 1HR)

After breakfast check out from hotel and visit Jaisalmer Fort. The fort is also known as the “Sonar Quila” by the locals. A detective novel has been written based on the Jaisalmer Fort and there also a plethora of movies that were filmed at the fort. Now, that is some place you must witness. Later take a walk tour of Havelis, visit Gadisar Lake.

Afternoon drive to Sam dunes. and check into Desert Camp, witness the sunset over sand dunes. Enjoying the camel ride in this Rajasthani backdrop is an experience to cherish.( Overnight at the Camp).
